Two Series of PV Connectors for Solar Battery Module Have Been Newly Developed
In the field of PV connectors for solar battery module, Hosiden has newly developed two series. One is a series (HSC2013, HSC2014 and HSC2015) which has achieved downsizing and weight saving of maximum 24% by weight ratio compared with our conventional products (HSC2009, HSC2010 and HSC2012). The other is a series (HSC2019, HSC2020 and HSC2021) which has been developed for use in high voltage system like mega solar power and which has got certified for TÜV 1500V rating.
As both series have also been certified for UL1000V, they can be used worldwide.
As for male and female connector mating, these products support half-lock and full-lock mating. When full-lock mating is used, you can unlock the product utilizing a dedicated tool. In addition, as it is of a field assembly type which can be easily assembled outdoors, it contributes to the workability improvement on the site.
Typical Features
Available in both half-lock (HSC2013-2014 and HSC 2019-2020) and full-lock (HSC2013-2015 and HSC 2019-2021) types. In the case of full-lock mating, the product can be unlocked utilizing a dedicated tool.
