We wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Corporation is scheduled
to be held on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 to inter alia consider and approve the un-audited
financial results (standalone) of the Corporation and the un-audited consolidated financial results,
for the quarter/ nine months ended December 31, 2021, subject to limited review by the Statutory
Auditors of the Corporation.

The outcome of board meeting, the said results along with Statutory Auditors and .other requisite disclosures will be the Listing Regulations.
