Zhang Qian signed share transfer agreement to acquire Shenzhen Huafei Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. from HPF Co.,Ltd (SZSE:300350) for CNY 18.3 million on June 4, 2021. Shenzhen Huafei Supply Chain Management reported total assets of CNY 56.4 million and total common equity of CNY 12.3 million till March 31, 2021. Shenzhen Huafei Supply Chain Management reported total assets of CNY 55.6 million, total common equity of CNY 12.1 million, total revenue of CNY 3.3 million and net profit of CNY 1.1 million for the year ending December 31, 2020. As of June 25, 2021, Shenzhen Huafei Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. has completed the relevant industrial and commercial change registration procedures in Shenzhen Municipal Market Supervision Administration.
