Director Retirement - Ms Tracy Dare

Tracy Dare was brought on to the Board of HRL Holdings Limited as an interim Director in November 2019 to assist the company in a Board renewal process. Effective the end of this month Tracy has resigned from the Board and remains committed to assisting the Company as future needs might require.

Commenting on the retirement, HRL Chair Mr Greg Kilmister said:

"On behalf of the Board, management and shareholders, I thank Tracy for her contribution to HRL in the short period that she has been with us. She brought a fresh set of eyes to HRL offering diligent counsel and support to myself and management. We wish Tracy every success in her future endeavours."
