- Announcement of the Management Board and Supervisory Board Meeting
Pursuant to Article 123 of the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Hrvatska poštanska banka, plc., Zagreb, Jurišićeva 4 (hereinafter: the Bank), announces the meeting of the Management Board of the Bank to be held on 25thof March 2016 and the meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Bank which will be held on 30thof March 2016.
Management Board and Supervisory Board will consider audited annual financial statements for the year 2015, including the draft decision on the allocation of the Bank's profit earned in 2015.
