Pursuant to Article 123 of the Rules of the Zagreb Stock Exchange, Hrvatska poštanska banka, plc, Zagreb, Jurišićeva 4 (hereinafter: the Bank), announces that the Management Board Meeting of the Bank was held on 25thof March 2016. Management Board defined audited annual financial statements for the year 2015, including the draft decision on the allocation of the Bank's profit earned in 2015.
In accordance with Article 300d of the Companies Act, audited annual financial statements for 2015 and the proposed draft of allocation of the Bank's profits were directed to the Supervisory Board for approval.
Decisions will be published in the prescribed time limits as they are approved, in accordance with relevant regulations.
