Hrvatski Telekom continues to set industry standards by enabling gigabit speeds in numerous cities across Croatia, enabling customers to enjoy a new era of mobile network evolution.

Users in Zagreb, Split, Osijek, Rijeka, Dubrovnik, Karlovac, Pula, Slavonski Brod, Šibenik, Varaždin, Velika Gorica, and Zadar are already getting speeds above one gigabit per second. It is equivalent to downloading two hours of video in HD resolution in around 20 seconds.

Hrvatski Telekom is the leader when it comes to the 5G milestones in Croatia. It was the first to introduce a commercial 5G network in Croatia, the first to test gigabit speeds, to introduce a 5G campus network, and 5G roaming.

With 600 5G base stations, of which as many as 149 locations enable ultra-high speeds, HT confirms the status of the largest and fastest 5G network, covering 2 million citizens.

Hrvatski Telekom offers all its customers, in specific tariffs until September 30, 2021, Hrvatski Telekom, at no extra charge, the possibility of using the 5G network, for which it is necessary to be in the area of 5G network coverage and have a 5G compatible device.
