HSBC Holdings' Saudi Arabian unit has appointed Faris AlGhannam to the role of CEO. He is to take over from Rajiv Shukla, who has been appointed senior managing director and advisor to the regional CEO. AlGhannam is currently a deputy CEO in Saudi Arabia.
