HSBC Holdings plc announced that Iain Mackay will retire as Executive Director and Group Finance Director of the company on December 31, 2018; and Ewen Stevenson will be appointed as Executive Director and Group Finance Director of the company on January 1, 2019, having joined the Group on December 1, 2018 as Group Finance Director Designate.
