Huabang Technology Holdings Ltd, formerly Huabang Financial Holdings Ltd, is an investment holding company principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of computer memory products. Along with subsidiaries, the Company operates its business through two segments. The Computer and Peripheral Products Business segment is mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of electronic storage devices such as dynamic random access memory (DRAM) modules, mobile hard drives and solid state drives, as well as the sale of DRAM chips. The Financial Services Business segment is mainly engaged in the securities brokerage business, advisory services business and money lending business.
