Huangshan Yunji Real Estate Co., Ltd. announced that it will raise CNY 145 million in a round of funding on April 8, 2021. The transaction include participation from new investor Huangshan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600054) for 48.99 % stake after the transaction. The transaction was approved by the board of directors in thirty-third meeting of the seventh board of directors of the company. The investor agreed to sing the capital increase agreement. The company will take CNY 144,060,000 for the registered capital and CNY 940,000 for capital reserve. The company registered capital will increase from CNY 150,000,000 to CNY 294,060,000 after the transaction.
Huangshan Tourism Development Co.,Ltd. mainly operates through four segments, including Scenic Area Management, Cableway Operation, Hotel Business and Travel Agency. Scenic Area Management segment is engaged in the daily operation and management, infrastructure construction, environment sanitation and cleaning, sewage treatment and other services in Huangshan scenic zone, Anhui province, China and in HuaShan Mysterious Grottoes, Zhejiang province, China. Cableway Operation segment consists of the safety management, equipment maintenance and services of the cableways in Huangshan. Hotel Business segment is involved in the operation and management of the hotels that the Company owns. Travel Agency segment provides domestic tourism, inbound tourism, outbound tourism, air ticketing, exhibition services, advertising planning and other services. The Company also involves in the development and distribution of commercial residential properties.
