This announcement is made pursuant to the Inside Information Provisions (as defined under the Listing Rules) under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571) and Rules 13.09 and 13.10B of the Listing Rules.

Pursuant to the Provisions on Strengthening the Supervision and Administration of Listed Securities Companies 《( 關於加強上市證券公司監管的規定》) (as amended in 2010) promulgated

by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the key financial information of business operation of the Company for September 2019 prepared in accordance with the China Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises are hereby disclosed:

1. Scope of disclosure: The Company and its two securities subsidiaries (domestic, the same below), namely the controlling subsidiary Huatai United Securities and the wholly-owned subsidiary Huatai Asset Management Company.
2. The relevant financial information are unaudited and are all not consolidated information. Final information shall be subject to the periodic report of the Company.

	non-Hong Kong company under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance
	under the Chinese approved name of "華泰六八八六股份有限公司"
	and English name of "Huatai Securities Co., Ltd." ; the H Shares of
	which have been listed on the main board of The Stock Exchange of
	Hong Kong Limited since June 1, 2015 (Stock Code: 6886); the A
	Shares of which have been listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange
	since February 26, 2010 (Stock Code: 601688), unless the context
	otherwise requires, including its predecessor
"Huatai Asset	Huatai Securities (Shanghai) Asset Management Co., Ltd. (華泰證
Management Company"	券（上海) 資產管理有限公司), a company incorporated in the PRC
	with limited liability on October 16, 2014

incorporated in the PRC with limited liability on September 5, 1997, renamed as Huatai United Securities Co., Ltd. (華泰聯合證券有限 責任公司) in 2009
