Tianjin Shengxin Yuantong Asset Management Co., Ltd. and Wang Yichun signed an equity transfer agreement to acquire 24.68% stake in Yanbian Shixian Bailu Papermaking Co.,Ltd from Dunhua Jincheng Industrial Ltd. on November 27, 2015. Under the terms of the transaction, Tianjin Shengxin Yuantong Asset Management Co., Ltd. and Wang Yichun will acquire 101.74 million shares and 30 million shares of Yanbian Shixian Bailu Papermaking Co.,Ltd respectively. Tianjin Shengxin Yuantong Asset Management Co., Ltd. and Wang Yichun signed an supplement share transfer agreement to acquire 24.68% stake in Yanbian Shixian Bailu Papermaking Co.,Ltd from Dunhua Jincheng Industrial Ltd. for approximately CNY 900 million on December 7, 2015. Under the revised terms of the transaction, Tianjin Shengxin Yuantong Asset Management Co., Ltd. and Wang Yichun changed the offer per share to CNY 6.86.
