Demand Science Group, LLC acquired Terminus Software, Inc. from group of sellers on November 12, 2024. Peter Cannone will continue to serve as Chief Executive Officer, while Terminus Chief Executive Officer Rich Howarth will become Chief Technology Officer of the combined company. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC served as financial advisor to DemandScience, and Raymond James served as financial advisor to Terminus throughout the transactions.
