Shenzhen Capital Group Co., Ltd. will transfer 77,393 shares in Audiowell Electronics (Guangdong) Co., Ltd., Guangdong Hongtu will transfer 1,400,393 shares in Audiowell Electronics (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. and Hongtu Kexin will transfer 6,237,000 shares in Audiowell Electronics (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. at a price of CNY 9.55 per share.
