BSH Co., Ltd., a stock lender and seller, will contact SMBC Nikko Securities Inc. regarding the offering and the underwriting of the underwriter. During the period from the date of conclusion of the original underwriting contract for the sale by underwriting of purchase to June 13, 2021, which is the 90th day from the date of listing (start of trading), prior written consent of the lead managing underwriter is required, promise that they will not issue, transfer or sell the Company's common stock held by ourselves and the securities that have the right to acquire the Company's common stock on the date of conclusion of the principal underwriting contract without receiving it.
