Hunan Aihua Group Co., Ltd (SHSE:603989) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase not more than CNY 100 million worth of its shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price not more than CNY 40 per share. The repurchases will be funded using the company's own funds. The shares repurchased will be used for equity incentive plan. The program will be valid for a period of 12 months.
On June 24, 2022, the company announced that it has adjusted its repurchase price from CNY 40 per share to CNY 39.7 per share.
