Ulla Litzén has given notice that she will not be available for re-election as a Board member. Accordingly, the Nomination Committee has decided to propose that Ingrid Bonde be elected as a new Board member of Husqvarna at the Annual General Meeting that will be held on 14 April 2021.
Ingrid Bonde is chair of the board in Apoteket AB, Alecta and Hoist Finance AB, vice chair of the board in Telia Company AB and a board member in Securitas AB. She has previously been chair of Klimatpolitiska Rådet (authority in charge of monitoring the Swedish politics for climate), CFO and deputy CEO at Vattenfall AB, and CEO at AMF Pensionsförsäkring AB.
The Nomination Committee has decided to propose the re-election of all other existing Board members at the Annual General Meeting on 14 April 2021.
The Nomination Committee will announce its complete proposals, including proposal on renumeration to Board members, at the latest in connection with the formal notice of the Annual General Meeting.
The Nomination Committee consists of Petra Hedengran, chair (Investor AB), Claes Boustedt (L E Lundbergföretagen AB), Fredrik Ahlin (If Skadeförsäkring AB), Henrik Didner (Didner & Gerge Fonder AB) and Tom Johnstone (Chair of the Board of Husqvarna AB).
