We, Hwa Fong Rubber (Thailand) Public Company Limited, would like to notify the resolution of the Board of Directors Meeting No. 4/2022, held on August 5th , 2022 as follows:
Certified the minutes of the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 3/2022 held on May 6th ,2022
Approved the company's performance and Financial statement for Quarter 2/2022
Approved to revised the technical service fee originally from 1 percent to 1.2 percent of sales, to compensate extra resources ( senior engineers and management team) provide by Hwa Fong Rubber Industry Company Limited "HFR" Effective from August 1st ,2022 onward.
