Hwasung Industrial Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based company engaged in the construction and housing sales businesses. The Company operates its construction business through four divisions: architecture division, which offers construction works covering public, residential and commercial buildings; civil engineering division, which constructs roads, bridges, harbors, subways and others; environment and plant division, which constructs water and sewage treatment plants, air pollution control plants and waste management plants, and sales division, which engages in the residential buildings sales business. It also involves in the rental business. On October 18, 2013, it divested its broadcast channel use business into a newly established wholly owned subsidiary.
