April 23, 2021 - HydrogenPro AS and Hynion AS have signed two collaboration
agreements as follows:
1. HydrogenPro will supply hydrogen to Hynion's fueling station at Herøya in
Porsgrunn; and
2. HydrogenPro and Hynion will initiate a general co-operation for the supply of
future Hynion installations.

1. Supply of hydrogen to Hynion´s fueling station at Herøya Industripark in
Porsgrunn, Norway

HydrogenPro will supply green hydrogen to Hynion´s fueling station at Herøya
Industripark from two of its test and demo electrolyser containers located
nearby. At full production, these containers will produce about 120 kg of
hydrogen per day, and HydrogenPro and Hynion have entered into an agreement for
the offtake of hydrogen at commercial terms.

HydrogenPro is designing a new demo facility of 1MW, also to be located at
Herøya Industripark as part of a larger program to verify its technologies. This
demo facility will be designed and built with new technologies currently being
introduced by HydrogenPro, including full scale electrodes with the novel
surface treatment technology. The plan is to have this larger demo facility
installed by year end 2021.

With these installations at Herøya Industripark, HydrogenPro will be able to
operate, test, demonstrate and optimize its latest electrolyser technologies.

Once all these facilities are in production, the total output will be about 500
kg hydrogen per day.

Hynion will expand the capacity of its plant, as well as further develop the
station for truck refueling and a filling plant for transport containers. Hynion
will use the hydrogen at its station on Herøya and transport surpluses to other
facilities. The facility will function as a demonstration facility where both
parties will bring visitors to showcase the technology and system.

The parties will, together with Industrial Green Tech, apply for Enova grants as
part of a larger project in the Grenland area.

2. General collaboration agreement

HydrogenPro's principal business is to provide customized turn-key plants for
large-scale production of green hydrogen world-wide while Hynion builds and
operates hydrogen stations in and around the largest cities in Scandinavia, with
further expansion plans in Europe.

The parties will collaborate on defined projects that are suitable for
cooperation where HydrogenPro will deliver large-scale hydrogen production
plants. These will serve as production hubs to Hynion's further distribution to
its hydrogen stations across different geographies.

HydrogenPro will be Hynion's preferred supplier of electrolysers where
HydrogenPro has facilities that suit the purpose, and Hynion will be
HydrogenPro's preferred supplier of hydrogen stations where Hynion has
facilities that suit the purpose.

Mårten Lunde, CEO of HydrogenPro, states that "We are delighted to initiate a
collaboration with Hynion based on a relationship which dates back several
years. There's a clear mutual win situation to co-operate at Herøya and within
the Industrial Green Tech cluster at Herøya Industripark. Our focus on large
scale industrial applications remain unchanged and we look forward to working
with Hynion in its ambition to build a centralized system of hydrogen production
for further distribution to its network of fueling stations."
