On February 16, 2021, HyreCar Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release
announcing the closing of its previously announced underwritten public offering
(the "Offering") of shares of its common stock, par value $0.00001 (the "Common
Stock"). In the Offering, the Company sold an aggregate of 2.53 million shares
of Common Stock, including 330,000 shares sold upon the full exercise by the
underwriters of their over-allotment option, at a price to the public of $11.75
per share. A copy of the press release announcing is "furnished" as Exhibit 99.1
to this Current Report on Form 8-K. The information in Exhibit 99.1 shall not be
deemed "filed" for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of
1934, as amended ("Exchange Act"), or incorporated by reference into any filing
under the Securities Act or the Exchange Act.
