1. 2020 Interim Report
   The 2020 Interim Report (English and Chinese versions) of Hysan Development Company Limited (the "Company") is now available on the Company's website at www.hysan.com.hk (the "Company's Website") and the website of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited at www.hkexnews.hk.
   You may access the 2020 Interim Report by clicking "Financial Reports & Notices of AGM" under "INVESTORS" section on the Company's Website. If you have elected to receive the corporate communications(Note) in printed form, the 2020 Interim Report in your selected language(s) is/are enclosed.
2. Amending your Choice of Means of Receipt and Language of Corporate Communications
   If you would like to (i) receive the 2020 Interim Report in printed form or in a language version other than your existing choice; and/or (ii) change your means of receipt (in printed form or by electronic means through our website) and/or choice of language (English and/or Chinese) of all future corporate communications, please complete the enclosed change request form and return it to the Company's Registrar, Tricor Standard Limited, by post using the provided prepaid mailing label, or by e-mail to [e-mail] or [e-mail]. The corporate communications in printed form will be sent to you free of charge.
   If you have difficulty in receiving or gaining access to the corporate communications on the Company's Website, the Company will promptly upon your request send the corporate communications to you in printed form free of charge.

Your supply of the Personal Data is on a voluntary basis. However, without providing the Personal Data we may not be able to process your request for receiving corporate communications.
