Chen Bolin signed a share transfer agreement to acquire 2.7% stake in HyUnion Holding Co.,Ltd (SZSE:002537) from Beijing Bosheng Advanced Technology Development Co., Ltd. for approximately CNY 120 million on July 31, 2021. Under the terms, Chen Bolin will acquire 32 million shares in HyUnion Holding.
HyUnion Holding Co., Ltd, formerly QINGDAO HAILI METAL ONE CO., LTD., is a China-based company principally engaged in the production and sales of electrical and auto parts and auto parts. The Company operates its businesses through two segments. The Intelligent Manufacturing segment is mainly engaged in the production and sales of automobile spare parts and household appliance spare parts. The Financial Science and Technology segment mainly provides third party payment services, big data services, mobile information services, cross-border e-commerce services and operator billing and settlement services. The Company conducts its businesses in domestic market.
