Bologna, 4 December 2020 - With reference to the mandatory tender offer for all the ordinary shares of I.M.A. Industria Macchine Automatiche S.p.A. (respectively, the "Offer" and "IMA") launched by IMA BidCo S.p.A. (the "Offeror") - as announced on November 10, 2020 pursuant to Article 102, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998, as subsequently amended and integrated (the "Italian Financial Act"), and Article 37 of the Issuers' Regulation - it is hereby announced that, following the press release dated 28 November 2020 relating to the suspension of the term for the approval of the offering document, today Consob provided for the reopening of the terms starting from 4 December 2020. Such terms will expire on 11 December 2020.
