i-mobile Co.,Ltd. (TSE:6535) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 3,000,000 shares, representing 12.57% of the outstanding shares for ¥1,500 million. The purpose of the program is to increase shareholder value. The program will run until April 30, 2020. As of September 30, 2019, the company had 23,872,136 shares outstanding and 300,054 shares in treasury.
