i3 Verticals, Inc. announced unaudited consolidated earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended June 30, 2020. For the quarter, the company announced revenue of USD 31.573 million compared to USD 97.483 million a year ago. Income from operations was USD 0.437 million compared to USD 1,194,000 a year ago.
