Pursuant to article 227 of the restated text of the Securities Market Law approved by the Royal Legislative Decree 4/2015, of 23 October (texto refundido de la Ley del Mercado de Valores aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 4/2015, de 23 de octubre) and related provisions, and following the other relevant information notice dated 4 December 2020 (official registry number 6,060) we hereby inform you that Neoenergia S.A.1 announced yesterday that, following completion of all conditions precedent, its wholly-owned subsidiary Bahia Geração de Energia S.A. consummated the acquisition of 100 % of the share capital of the Brazilian company CEB Distribuição S.A. ("CEB Distribuição").
