Under the terms of 3rd article, alinea a) of CMVM Regulation nr.5/2008 and CMVM Regulation nr.7/2018, IBERSOL, SGPS, SA. informs the Shareholders and the Market in general, that in the Annual General Meeting, held on 18th June 2021, it has been approved the election of the following members of the Board of Directors, Fiscal Board (Statutory Audit Committee), as well as the Board of the General Meeting, the Remuneration Committee and Statutory Auditor of the Compan, for the quadrennium 2021 to 2024 - nominations in the following terms:
