Pharmimex Outsources SAP Maintenance to IBS Group

Ramsey, the Isle of Man, September 24, 2013 - IBS Group, a leading software development and IT services provider in Central and Eastern Europe, announces that IBS IT Services, a subsidiary of IBS Group, has been chosen as a contactor to maintain and support SAP systems for Pharmimex, Russia's largest pharmaceuticals importer.

IBS's proven expertise in providing integrated support for SAP-based solutions make the Group the ideal partner to streamline system support and services for Pharmimex.

Using its unique proprietary technology, IBS IT Services needed only one day to take over the running of SAP, immediately launching full support services as required by the service level agreement (SLA). Today IBS Service Centre for Business Applications Support runs all SAP support and development processes for Pharmimex.

Although IBS bears responsibility for any risks associated with interruptions to system operations and information security, no incidents have been reported since IBS took over.
