ICADE PROMOTION'S PROJECT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT TEAMS HAND OVER

SAINT-JEAN PRIVATE HOSPITAL TO CAP SANTÉ GROUP IN SAINT-JEAN-DE-VÉDAS

The 27,000-sq.m private hospital, with 272 inpatient and outpatient beds, opened its doors on August 20, 2020. The project involved rebuilding the Saint-Jean private hospital on a new site located at rue des Jasses in Saint-Jean-de-Védas.

It is one of the four largest private hospitals in the Montpellier area: With 24 operating rooms where over 100 surgical procedures are performed every day, an emergency department designed to handle high-volumetraffic, an intensive care unit and dialysis unit, the facility offers a new range of high-qualitycare to the Greater Montpellier area.

Icade Promotion's Healthcare Project Management Support teams oversaw the building process and assisted the project manager on behalf of the owner Cap Santé from the start of the project. This is yet another handover that demonstrates Icade Promotion's recognised know-how and expertise in healthcare real estate.
