Icade : launches Urbain des Bois and appoints Anne Fraisse as its CEO

ICADE LAUNCHES URBAIN DES BOIS

AND APPOINTS ANNE FRAISSE AS ITS CEO

Anne Fraisse will join Icade as CEO of Urbain des Bois starting on April 1, 2021. This subsidiary of Icade Promotion, launched in early 2021, will specialise in low-carbonconstruction and home personalisation.

Anne will be tasked with promoting Urbain des Bois throughout France by developing real estate projects that are both participative and low-carbon. The use of biosourced materials, in particular wood, and the customised design of the dwellings will make it possible to respond to the expectations of local authorities and communities, and tackle the major challenges of urban transformation.

The creation of Urban des Bois, which aims to generate revenue of €100m by 2025, exemplifies how Icade integrates its Purpose into its operations.

Anne Fraisse is a graduate of the Toulouse Institute of Political Studies and holds a "DESS" postgraduate degree in Administration and Management of Local Governments (Orléans University School of Management).

She began her career in 1994 in the Finance Department of the City of Blagnac, before joining the Blagnac Constellation semi-public company (SEM) in 2001 as Head of Finance and Administration and the Blagnac Constellation association of municipalities (SIVOM) as Chief Administrative Officer in 2002.

In January 2011, she was appointed Project Director, then Head of Development and finally Deputy Head of Europolia, the local public-sector planning company (SPLA) for Toulouse Métropole and the Occitanie region.

She is an active member of the Club Ville Aménagement (a club for urban planners) and the Steering Committee of the Réseau National des Aménageurs (French urban planning network). She participated in the work of the Special Commission of the National Council for Energy Transition on the modernisation of environmental law.
