Residences Le Logement Des Fonctionnaires SA signed a bilateral preliminary agreement to acquire Residual Residential Portfolio from Icade (ENXTPA:ICAD) for €49.9 million on May 12, 2022. The transaction is subject to certain customary closing conditions precedent for sales to social landlords have been met. The transaction is expected to complete in H1 2023 after singing of final deed in 2022.
