The Bank offers a range of services, including accepting deposits, making investments, discounting bills, conducting domestic and international money transfers, carrying out foreign exchange transactions in addition to international money transfers, and offering other customer services, such as locker service, collections and issuing letters of credit, guarantees and acceptances. Its core business includes deposit mobilization and investing activities comprising short-term, long-term, import and export financing. Financing activities are extended to different sectors of the economy that could be grouped into several sectors, including Rural and Agriculture, Garments and Textiles, Jute, Cement and Bricks, Tannery, Steel and Engineering, Food and Beverage, Chemical and Pharmaceuticals, Printing and Packaging, Glass, and Ceramics, and Miscellaneous.
