On June 22, 2021, A.M. BestCompany, the primary rating agency for the insurance industry ('A.M. Best'), announced that it upgraded its financial strength rating of Illinois Casualty Company ('ICC'), the wholly-owned insurance subsidiary of ICC Holdings, Inc. (the 'Company'), to 'A-' (Excellent) from 'B++' (Good) and the Long-Term Issuer Credit Rating ('Long-Term ICR') to 'a-' (Excellent) from 'bbb+' (Good) of ICC. Concurrently, A.M. Best announced that it had upgraded the Long-Term ICR of the Company to 'bbb-' (Good) from 'bb+' (Good).
