Ichigo Office REIT Investment Corporation announced to change the building name of the below portfolio asset. Reason for Change: The current name of the building, Konami Sports Club Izumi Fuchu, stems from the corporate name of the lessee. Ichigo Office is changing the building name on the back of the lease with this lessee ending on September 30, 2021. New name is Future IZUMI, Old name is Konami Sports Club Izumi Fuchu. Effective Date of Change is October 1, 2021 (expected).
