Ichinen Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE:9619) conclude a share transfer agreement to acquire Ohtori Corporation from Orient Corporation (TSE:8585) on March 4, 2022. As part of the transaction, Ichinen will acquire 18 shares representing 100% ownership in Ohtori. Fiscal year ending March 31, 2021, Ohtori reported net assets of ¥2.67 billion, Total assets of ¥2.76 billion, Sales of ¥652 million, and Net profit of ¥43 million. The transaction is resolved by the board of Ichinen and expected to complete by March 31, 2022. The transaction is expected to have a minor impact on business results of Ichinen.
