Amber Global Limited agreed to acquire iClick Interactive Asia Group Limited (NasdaqGM:ICLK) in a reverse merger transaction on November 29, 2024. In case of termination of transaction, Amber Global Limited will pay a termination fee of $1.20 million and seller will pay a termination fee of $1.20 million. The transaction is subject to approval of merger agreement by target board, approval of offer by target shareholders and execution/ completion of reorganization.
