ICONIX BRAND : SIGNS BESPOKE LABS AS NEW LICENSEE FOR OCEAN PACIFIC

New York, New York - April 6^th, 2021- Brand management company Iconix Brand Group, Inc (Nasdaq: ICON), has signed a one-year agreement with Bespoke Labs to be the new North American licensee for contemporary lifestyle brand, Ocean Pacific. The exclusive collection from Bespoke Labs will feature OP vintage graphics spanning each decade from the 70's to now and will make its debut for the Spring season, launching April 2021. It will feature men's and women's tops and reflects the Ocean Pacific brand's surf history and Californian aesthetic.

Ocean Pacific, previously a surfboard brand, became the first company to translate the West Coast surf culture into a lifestyle brand. The founder, Jim Jenks, created a clothing brand that met the demands of surfers in and out of the water. The brand fuses sports, music, art and fashion with beach culture. The collection's newly remastered vintage graphics will pull from the OP brand's history to include categories such as Surfer Designs, Heritage Designs, Brand Icons, Pro-Surfing Series as well as rare and re-mixed graphics.
