Alliance Entreprendre SAS along with founders Yves Krief and Maurice Nussenbaum and managers acquired SA Sorgem Holding from Groupe IDI (ENXTPA:IDIP) and other shareholders on June 7, 2013. The deal was financed by a senior debt, contributed by the banking pool of LCL / BNPP and arranged by the LCL. Groupe Sorgem realized in 2012 total revenues of more than €13 million. Yves Krief and Maurice Nussenbaum remain fully involved in the management and the development of the company while the principal executives are reinforced in the capital of which they own more than 20% alongside Alliance Entreprendre. Post transaction, founders and managers of Groupe SORGEM own more than 70% of the capital. Marc Sounigo, Olivier Desurmont and Margaux Voyemant of Développement & Finance acted as financial advisors and Bernard Laurent-Bellue and Bruno Laffont of Cabinet Vivien & Associés acted as legal advisors to shareholders of Groupe Sorgem. Corinne Beauchenat, Jean-François Bette, Velin Valev and Aurélie Bonsch of Cabinet HPML acted as legal advisors and Olivier Valat acted as accountant in the deal. Gérard Leplé of Aplitec acted as accountant. Anne-Lise Allard and Karine Bruggeman of LCL and Farid Nadi and Didier Sornin of BNP Paribas arranged senior debt funding for the deal.
