TCR Capital, Groupe IDI (ENXTPA:IDIP), and the management of Alkan S.A. acquired Alkan S.A. from Argos Soditic and other shareholders on February 25, 2014. The Alkan management, led by its President, Armand Carlier, massively reinvested in the deal so as to own, with TCR Capital 83% of the capital and IDI owns 17%. Cécile Mayer-Lévi of Tikehau Investment Management arranged and purchased the entire mezzanine tranche while the banks, LCL, BNP Paribas, Société Générale and CMSB, have been mandated to arrange the senior debt. Alkan reported revenues of €30 million in 2013.
