IFB Industries Limited Announces Resignation of Sangeeta Sumesh as Independent Director and Reconstitution of Board Committees

IFB Industries Limited informed that Ms. Sangeeta Sumesh has resigned from the directorship of the Company post completion of her tenure as Independent Director of the Company to be effective from the closure of business hours on 29 January, 2025 pursuant to Section 149(11) of the Companies Act,2013. Consequent to the event the following committees of the board has been re-constituted with immediate effect by the board of Directors as: Audit Committee: Mr. Chacko Joseph, Chairman. Mr. Ashok Bhandari Mr. Desh Raj Dogra.
