The Fund's principal investment policy is to invest, directly and indirectly, in a portfolio of income producing real estate used primarily for commercial purposes in Malaysia and overseas. The Fund's investment objective is to provide unitholders with regular and stable distributions, a sustainable long-term unit price, distributable income, and capital growth, while maintaining an appropriate capital structure. Its portfolio comprises 10 commercial buildings located in the Klang Valley. Its Mid Valley City properties include Southpoint Offices and Retail, Boulevard Offices and Retail, The Gardens North Tower, The Gardens South Tower, Centrepoint North, Centrepoint South, and Menara IGB & IGB Annexe. Its KL City properties include GTower, Menara Tan & Tan, and Hampshire Place Office. IGB REIT Management Sdn Bhd is the manager of the Fund.
