• REVISED CORPORATE GOVERNANCE REPORT FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2020

Reference is made to IHH's Corporate Governance Report ("CG Report") for the financial year ended 31 December 2020 which was released to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") and Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited on 28 April 2021 ("Original CG Report").

In line with Bursa Securities' prescribed CG Disclosure Template, the presentation and content of the Original CG Report have been amended as follows in the enclosed revised CG Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2020 ("Revised CG Report"):
