Go Digit General Insurance Limited announced a private placement of 12,700,000 equity shares at an issue price of INR 328 per share for gross proceeds of INR 4,165,600,000 co-led by existing investor, Sequoia Capital India Advisors Private Limited for INR 2,690,000,000 and new investor, IIFL Finance Limited for INR 1,480,000,000 on May 4, 2022. The company has received the funds at a post money valuation of over INR 304,937,200,000 ($4,000,000,000).
