Ikigai Ventures Limited is a Guernsey-based special purpose acquisition company. The Company focuses on acquiring businesses focused on having a social impact. Acquisitions will be funded through a combination of cash, equity, and debt, as required. There is no restriction as to the geographical location of any target business. This may comprise the acquisition of a single company or business or a series of acquisitions by way of a roll-up strategy, whereby Ikigai acquires and merges several businesses in a particular sector. The Company has not commenced any operations nor generated any revenues.
