IKTINOS HELLAS S.A. GREEK MARBLE INDUSTRY TECHNICAL AND TOURISTIC COMPANY IKTINOS HELLAS SA.' announces that the Board of Directors of the company, has decided to establish a Remuneration and Nomination Committee according to the articles 10, 11 and 12 of Law 4706/2020.
The Committee was established after June 30, 2021 meeting, and is consisted by three (3) members of the Board of Directors, as follows :
- Andreas Koutoupis, independent non-executive member of the Board of Directors, as Chairman.
- Anastasia Chaiadas , Vice President, non-executive member of the Board of Directors as a member
- Aggeliki Meintani , independent non-executive member of the Board of Directors, as a member
