Profit-loss account for the 2020 fiscal year was as follows:

COMPANY

1. Turnover for 2020 amounted to € 32.6 million while the corresponding amount during the 2019 fiscal year was € 40.6 million. Therefore, there was a decrease by € 8 million and at a 19.70% rate. Exports account for 95% of turnover for the fiscal year, and at the moment the exports percentage is stable at over 95% of turnover.
2. Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) for 2020, amounted to € 7.3 million while the corresponding amount in the 2019 fiscal year was € 11.1 million, showing a decrease of € 3.8 million and at a 33.64% rate.
3. Profits before taxes for 2020 amounted to € 1.2 million while the corresponding amount during the 2019 fiscal year was € 6.0 million. Therefore, there was a decrease of € 4.8 million and at a 80.26% rate.
4. The net loan liabilities during the 2020 fiscal year amounted to € 40.8 million compared to € 36.5 million in 2019, showing an increase by € 4.3 million.

GROUP

1. Turnover for 2020 amounted to € 35.2 million while the corresponding amount during the 2019 fiscal year was € 44.5 million. Therefore, there was a decrease by € 9.3 million and at a 21.00% rate.

2. Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) for 2020, amounted to € 8.2 million while the corresponding amount in the 2019 fiscal year was € 11.5 million, showing a decrease of € 3.3 million and at a 28.38% rate.

3. Profits before taxes for 2020 amounted to € 2.7 million while the corresponding amount during the 2019 fiscal year was € 6.0 million. Therefore, there was a decrease of € 3.3 million and at a 55.20% rate.

4. Net loan liabilities during the 2020 fiscal year amounted to € 42.6 million compared to € 40.6 million in 2019, showing an increase by € 2.0 million.
