ILLA S.p.A. cresce ancora sul mercato estero

Confermato un nuovo ordine per 1,2 milioni di euro

Noceto (PR), 29 gennaio 2021 - ILLA SpA - azienda leader nella produzione e commercializzazione di pentolame in alluminio con rivestimento antiaderente, quotata al Mercato AIM Italia di Borsa Italiana SpA - cresce ancora sul mercato estero con un nuovo ordine, confermato oggi, del valore di 1,2 milioni di euro ricevuto da un importante nuovo cliente leader mondiale nel settore del cookware.

Quest'operazione consente all'azienda con sede a Noceto di rafforzarsi ulteriormente sul mercato estero, consolidando questo importante cliente che aveva già fatto un ordine di 160mila euro a fine 2020. Prosegue in questo modo il processo di espansione della Società che negli scorsi mesi è riuscita anche a entrare nell'importante mercato degli USA.

Illa produce da oltre 70 anni pentole e padelle in alluminio rivestito di antiaderente. Dal 2010 la produzione avviene nel grande stabilimento di Noceto (PR). L'azienda annovera tra i propri clienti alcune tra le più importanti catene distributive mondiali, per le quali produce prodotti a loro marchio. Oltre al cookware in alluminio antiaderente è anche attiva nella produzione di caffettiere in acciaio e nella distribuzione di una vasta gamma di prodotti per la cucina. Dal 2015 Illa SpA utilizza il brand Giannini, noto marchio del cookware italiano "design oriented". Nel 2017 il Gruppo Illa si è quotato su AIM Italia di Borsa Italiana.

New order signed today for 1.2 million euros

Noceto (PR), January 29, 2021 - ILLA SpA - a leading company in the production and marketing of aluminum cookware with non-stick coating, listed on the AIM Italia market of Borsa Italiana SpAis still growing abroad with a new order, confirmed today, of about 1.2 million euros received from an important new customer, a world leader in the cookware sector.

This operation allows the Noceto-based company to further strengthen itself on the foreign market, consolidating this important customer who had already placed an order for 160 thousand euros at the end of 2020. This way, the expansion process of the Company continues, which in recent months has also managed to enter the important US market.

Illa has been producing non-stick coated aluminium pots and pans for over 70 years. Since 2010 the production takes place in the large plant of Noceto (PR). The company counts among its customers some of the most important distribution chains worldwide, for which it produces products under their own brand. In addition to the non-stick aluminium cookware Illa is also active in the production of steel coffee makers and in the distribution of a wide range of kitchen products. The Group consists of two companies, Nuova Illafor Srl - for over 50 years the Italian leader in the application of non-stick coatings - and Illa SpA, founded in 1946, a leading manufacturer of non-stick aluminium cookware. Since 2015 Illa SpA has integrated Giannini, a wellknown brand of Italian design-oriented cookware. In 2017 the Illa Group was listed on the AIM Italia of Borsa Italiana.
