Milan, 23 December 2022 - illimity Bank S.p.A. ("Bank") announces its 2023 financial calendar:
February 9, 2023 - Board of Directors for the approval of 2022 preliminary results
March 9, 2023 - Board of Directors for review of the draft 2022 Annual Report
April 20, 2023 - Bank Shareholders' Meeting for the approval of 2022 Annual Report
May 11, 2023 - Board of Directors for the approval of interim report as at 31 March 2023
August 3, 2023 - Board of Directors for the approval of half-yearly report as at 30 June 2023
November 9, 2023 - Board of Directors for the approval of interim report as at 30 September 2023
The analysts' presentations related to the approval of financial results and interim financial information are expected to be held on the day following the approval by the Board of Directors. The day and details regarding each conference call will be communicated in due time.
Any changes to the financial calendar will be promptly communicated.
With reference to its policy on additional periodic financial information, the Bank decided to publish, on a voluntary basis, interim financial report as of March 31 and September 30 of each fiscal year, as approved by the Board of Directors.
